PAYMENT POLICY:
All orders must be paid in full before shipping.   Sorry no C.O.D. orders.  Order can be made in two ways:  mail - by check or money order    on-line - through  PayPal.

GUARANTEE Nana takes great pride in creating unique handmade fashions for children. If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase, please return the items to  to Nana’s Kids’ Kloset  5612 DRAYTON LANDING COURT, CHESTER, VA 23831 within 60 days of receipt for refund, replacement or exchange.  Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

FOREIGN ORDERS:  We ship internationally.  Payment must be drawn on U.S. currency.  All international orders  are shipped via Air Express Service (7-10 days for delivery).  International shipping orders are in  addition to our regular shipping charges listed under shipping.  Please contact us by e-mail1957rosebud@verizon.net or phone 1-804-748-9270 for rates.  Our prices do not include customs duty or taxes, these are charges for which the customer is responsible upon receipt of order.
